Josh Wiener
President & Founder

Born and raised in New York City, Josh Wiener’s education in skilled workmanship began early on, as he helped his father renovate the NY brownstone his family lived in. Capitalizing on this valuable experience later, Josh worked his way through college painting and remodeling Manhattan apartments. Meticulous about every detail, always aiming for perfection, it was not long before he had to hire more people to keep up with the demand for quality finishing work. By 1987, shortly after graduating from Vassar College, Josh had founded his own company: SilverLining Interiors Inc.

An unrelenting focus on quality has been Josh’s calling card from the beginning. His commitment to delivering the very best in service and construction is nothing short of an obsession. Indeed, Josh’s high standards and extreme attentiveness to detail are what have earned him a glowing reputation, and the opportunity to grow what was once a one-man painting operation into a thriving high-end construction and finishing firm, 150 employees strong.

Josh is involved in all of SilverLining’s projects. In addition, he has built an adept executive team that oversees the day-to-day workings of the business. Practicing an honest, egalitarian management style, Josh has worked to keep SilverLining a cohesive, organized and high-performing company since 1987. With the talent of his workers and the proficiency of his management team, Josh knows that SilverLining flourishes because of the skill and dedication of the many people who share his own vision of excellence.
