The in-house advantage
Instead of relying heavily on subcontractors, we enlist our own trusted
team of carpenters and framers to provide the labor that creates the
infrastructure for each project. Held to the highest standards in the
Industry, our in-house team of carpenters and framers expertly handle
the framing of our projects as well as millwork & door installation.

To ensure that our staff carpenters meet our exacting criteria, all new
hires are trained and mentored until they have reached a level of
proficiency consistent with the SilverLining standard.
Because we believe excellence starts at the top, we are happy to have
master craftsman Nick Totino overseeing our carpentry and framing team.
A seasoned professional with thirty years of experience, Nick is
SilverLining’s General Superintendent and the man responsible for
standardizing our carpentry and framing processes. This standardization
guarantees the same impeccable quality on every job we undertake.
